Job Title: Real Estate Associate AttorneyPosition Overview:We are seeking a Florida-barred Associate Attorney in good standing with 5-7+ years of experience in the real estate field, who can handle individual caseloads while leading a team. Under the direction of the principal attorney, you will supervise and mentor a team of paralegals, manage real estate transactions, and ensure compliance with title closing laws, guidelines, and regulations. Most of the current work focuses on residential transactions, with some commercial projects and occasional commercial real estate litigation.If you have a strong background in business litigation and want to transition into Real Estate, this opportunity is worth considering.This role requires a strong commitment to achieving excellent results for clients through intelligent and aggressive advocacy.
