If you are ready to make an impact and grow with us, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:As our AMAZON MARKETER and marketplace analyst, you will lead the forecasting of demand, inventory management, and product performance optimization on Amazon. This position requires an individual with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit within the COSMETIC industry. The ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, driven by sales goals, detailed, team players, and passionate about creating an amazing customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning:Analyze historical sales data, seasonal cosmetic trends, and market intelligence to forecast product demand and ensure optimal inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms.Align the team on forecasts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales peaks.Amazon Strategy:Monitor and analyze Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR), sales velocity, and Buy Box performance to ensure we maintain competitive advantage and profitability.Manage inbound timelines and lead times, ensuring product availability without overstock or stockouts.Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:Provide deep analysis of competitive landscapes and pricing strategies to inform product buy decisions and promotions.Create dashboards to monitor KPIs, including sales, inventory turnover, and marketplace metrics.Inventory Management & Product Buy Planning:Develop product buy plans that align with forecasted demand, taking into account lead times and Amazon's inbounding timeline to optimize profitability.Ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels, balancing sales velocity and preventing stockouts.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as BSR, sales velocity, and inventory turnover to drive data-driven decision-making.Utilize Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and Keepa to track real-time performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Qualifications:Previous experience in promoting cosmetic products on AmazonBachelor/Associate degree preferred. 3+ years of demand planning experience within e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon FBA.Proficiency in data analysis and SEO. Proficiency in designing banners and marketing materials. Deep understanding of Amazon's BSR.Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, ContractorPay: $34 ~ $38Schedule:6 to 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Amazon Seller Central: 3 years Cosmetic industry: 3 yearsWork Location: Hybrid in San Jose
