Are you ready for this opportunity?THE ROLEThe APM will work with Application Development and Technology leadership in further establishing company agile process and PM best practice.The APM will adhere to and continue to evolve our client's Agile process. Adherence to and utilization of sprint planning/grooming, standup meetings, sprint review, retrospectives, etc.Sprint & release delivery.Responsible for release planning and progress & status management.Leads the coordination and organization of releases.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Project Manager within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Systems or Data Analysis preferred2+ years of database or software Project Management experienceExperience in deploying, managing, and evolving Agile methodologies.Experience with leveraging RACI or other techniques and processes to clearly define project roles and expectations.Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or other standard Agile and/or PM software applications.Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other technical roles.Desired Skills and ExperienceAgile Project ManagerHybrid (3 days a week in the office)Boston, MA6-month Contract to Hire$50-$60/hr$100-110K
