Insight Global is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for a top client. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door while supporting executives for a successful organization. You will be on-site to provide the necessary support.Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar positionExperience supporting a CFO/CTPO of a fast-paced company, strongly preferredExperience with executive-level calendar management, including working across multiple time zonesA high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company are criticalExtensive experience using office software and administrative tools such as Google Suite and Slack, working within a MacBook environmentYou're resourceful and take ownership of tasks end-to-end. You rarely get stuck; if you do, you figure out how to get unstuck. You give and take feedback well and prefer transparent and honest communicationStrong attention to detail, ensuring that all communications, deliverables, and projects are accurate, professional, and audience-appropriateExceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain composure and switch tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment, see the "big picture," and be proactive to prevent problems/conflictDay to Day: Provide seamless calendar management for a customer's CFO & CTPO. Optimize their schedules to create more time for strategic initiatives by efficiently managing conflicting priorities and minimizing time conflictsProactively support a wide variety of professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, event planning and coordination, expense reports, preparing itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents and presentations for meetingsAct as a liaison between the CFO & CTPO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentialityCoordinate the logistics of executive meetings, conferences, and departmental events, including arranging travel, preparing agendas, arranging catering, etc.Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks and facilitating effective decision-makingPlan, execute, and oversee Finance & Tech team group events and team-building activities
