Position: Production Supervisor - Frozen Food ManufacturingShift: Must be flexible will likely be nights 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend offCompensation: $75-80k base salary DOE, overtime pay, bonus opportunityLocation: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)Global frozen food manufacturer is in search of an experienced Production Supervisor to join its team, focused on leadership of food manufacturing lines within its state-of-the-art, heavily-automated facility in Memphis, TN. This position will supervise hourly associates on automated processing and packaging lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant.Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:BS Degree preferredAt least 2-3 years of demonstrated production leadership experience within a food manufacturing plantFrozen food experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations, as well as GMPs and HACCP / SQF / GFSI / PCQI standardsAbility to lead union associates from the floor, including adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principlesMust have excellent communication skills and systems abilityFlexibility with shift is absolutely essential - this role will likely be assigned to the NIGHT shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation with every other weekend offStable work historyYou must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
