The Sr Specialist, Digital Experience will be responsible for strategically arranging and showcasing Solo Stove's website catalog, driving key e-commerce KPIs of conversion, engagement, and bounce rate.Key Responsibilities:Digital Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including owning product setup, pricing updates, site merchandising, filter functionality, navigational updates, and on site search optimizationsDrive ongoing improvements to our configurable toolset, with a focus on sorting rules, product placement, evergreen content, page content, third party vendors and site configurationOwn day to day operations and updates of 3rd party tools, including Algolia, Yopto, Narvar, to maximize revenue potentialProvide support across wider projects in both site merchandising and consumer experienceWork closely with conversion optimization and CRM/personalization teams to identify and drive PLP/PDP experimentsPartner with the content team to set up compelling creative displays and merchandise assortmentsWork closely with cross functional partners including commercial planning and promotions, Creative and Marketing to bring marketing strategy and product campaigns to life via the siteInventory + Customer CareBridge relationship with Customer Care to own and optimize post purchase experience and KPIsSupport planning team, ensuring the right types and quantities of products are stocked on the siteHelp support product lifecycle strategy by being fully intune with key product sales and driversAnalytics + ReportingUnderstand key ecommerce metrics and pulling data, support Site Merchandising Manager in preparing all key data updates for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviewsWorking closely with the Analytics team to define merchandising best practices that drive conversionRequirementsBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of Merchandising tools and CMS, preferably ContentstackWorking knowledge of ecommerce systems, preferably SalesforceSome understanding of Heat Map Tools and journey analysis a plusExperience working in a collaborative, fast paced, professional environmentStrong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time managementCandidates should have a high attention to detail, be able to maintain accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentAnalytic focus, with an ability to turn merchandising data into actionable insightsExperience working with third party vendorsProactive personalityMust be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issuesWhat we offer youWe will add this part for you as well!Competitive SalaryFlexible vacation policyBenefitsPriceless opportunity to work with the coolest team ever!
