Title: Office ManagerSalary: $85,000 - $115,000 p.a.Start: ASAPTiger is currently partnered with an energy storage market leader who is focused on solving hard climate problems profitably. They are growing fast and value candidates who share a focus on setting high expectations, owning mistakes, and learning from them in the spirit of radical transparency. They are currently looking for an office manager for their San Francisco office. This is a hybrid position, and office days may vary. Key ResponsibilitiesProperly manage access to the office for employees, third-party service providers, and all stakeholdersManage all mail and services for the officeManage calendars and activities for CCO, CFO, and other leadership team members Support travel logistics, conference attendance, and other event management for the leadership teamEnsure that the office is properly stocked with all required suppliesEnsure that any office projects or improvements are executed correctly across subcontractorsManage local logistics for meetings and larger corporate eventsCoordinate team workweeks in the San Francisco office and support coordination of company-wide eventsCoordinate with other Executive Assistants and office managers on administrative priorities for the leadership team and teams using the office for team weeks and external meetings, including supporting travel arrangements, expenses, calendaring, etc.Support the Cyber and Physical Security Committee and other compliance-related mattersPerform other duties as assigned and assist with special projects and processes as neededSkills & QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of work experience supporting office management and administration for teams of executivesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated resourcefulness and initiativeAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities with high standards for executionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to help draft written communications for Company materials and messagingDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment with geographically dispersed team membersAbility to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality and exercise good judgment on day-to-day decisionsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
