As a key executive, you will work closelywith the CEO to establish and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with our growth goalsand industry leadership.This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the aestheticsindustry, particularly within the competitive NYC market. The ideal candidate will be innovative,results-driven, and passionate about enhancing the client experience while ensuring operationalexcellence.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of CasaGlow, ensuring an unparalleled clientexperience in all services offered (Botox, fillers, facials, laser treatments, etc.).Establish and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamlineworkflows, and enhance team performance.Create and execute a strategic vision that supports CasaGlow's long-term goals.Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain consistencyand high standards.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for medical spaoperations.Growth and ExpansionManage all operational and logistical aspects.Identify new market opportunities within the NYC and surrounding areas, includingpartnerships, collaborations, and future locations.Expand Casa Glow's service offerings by analyzing trends in the aesthetics industry andimplementing innovative solutions that align with client demands.Marketing and Business DevelopmentCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increasebrand visibility and attract new clientele in NYC's highly competitive market.Collaborate with the marketing professionals and agencies to develop and executestrategies that increase brand visibility and attract new clientele in NYC's highlycompetitive market.Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email campaigns, websiteoptimization and social media to drive client engagement and retention.Implement strategies to boost online presence and optimize CasaGlow's ranking onGoogle and other platforms.Evaluate and refine loyalty programs, promotions, and client retention initiatives toenhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.Research industry trends to expand service offerings and introduce innovativetreatments aligned with client demand.Team Leadership and DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a culture of professionalism,accountability, and collaboration.Implement training programs to upskill staff and ensure exceptional client care.Financial ManagementDevelop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and profitability across alllocations.Analyze P&L (Profit and Loss) statements, identify inefficiencies, and implementcost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.Set and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and identifygrowth opportunities.Client ExperienceMaintain a strong focus on delivering a luxury, personalized client experience to ensureretention and referrals.Regularly analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in operations/senior leadership roles, with at least5+ years in the aesthetics, medical spa industry.Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within theaesthetics, beauty, wellness, with a deep understanding of the NYC market.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teamsand cultivate a collaborative work environment.Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, streamliningoperations, and achieving measurable growth.Marketing Knowledge: Experience with marketing strategy development, especially inSEO, digital campaigns, and client retention programs.Visionary Mindset: Ability to align strategies with long-term business goals while stayingadaptable to change.Client-Centric: Passionate about enhancing client satisfaction, building high-performing teams, and scaling a luxury brand.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.What We OfferEquity Opportunity option 1: 20% ownership for the right candidate to share in the success and growth of CasaGlow.Salary Option 2: If preferred, $140,000 annual salary with the opportunity to revisit and negotiate as we scale.Supportive Work Environment: A collaborative, professional team passionate aboutaesthetics and wellness.Career Growth: The opportunity to be part of an expanding luxury brand with plans forgrowth.Cutting-Edge Tools: Access to advanced technology, products, and services that set usapart in the aesthetics industry.This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of CasaGlow MedSpa and leave alasting impact on the aesthetics industry.
