The role involves creating content, leading digital marketing efforts, managing trade show events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and distributor relations, with a passion for the safety PPE industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, content).Support distributors with sales materials and co-marketing initiatives.Lead digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO).Manage trade show strategies and post-event follow-ups.Analyze market trends and campaign performance for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in manufacturing or safety PPE.Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.Experience in digital marketing and distributor relations.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.Relocation available.
