We are working with a leading real estate development firm based in the Bronx, New York for a General Counsel to join their team.The Role:The successful candidate will join an impressive real estate development firm, managing 2.5 million square feet across NYC and beyond. Our client retains their commitment to affordable housing, with a strong focus on community awareness.The General Counsel will oversee all legal matters, including risk management, compliance adherence, property transactions, landlord-tenant matters, and court appearances.
