He/She must have deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.Responsibilities:Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account in the Healthcare payer verticalGenerate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency) from our healthcare payer industryAchieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo /VerticalEnsure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentationsWork with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.Manage the overall account plan and forecast, and provide status reportsProspect and identify qualified opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.Understand Tech M offerings very wellAuthority:Choosing local partners to work with.Can also align with OEMs (IBM, HP, etc.)Qualification of leads generated by Marketing/ competenciesPresales time commitment is largely influenced by him/herAttention of Bid Management team to work on opportunitiesSkills:CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reportingCreating & updating account planUnderstanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materialsInternal People soft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing
