International Senior Tax Analyst with a $10+ billion Atlanta-based company.SummaryThe InternationalSenior Tax Analyst will be actively involved in all aspects of international tax including, but not limited to, preparation of US international tax filings, local country corporate and indirect tax filings, estimated payments, and tax provisionsResponsibilitiesPrepare US international tax compliance and foreign income and indirect tax compliance. Assist with design and preparation of the Company's calculations and processes relating to E&P, Subpart F income, and all US international forms. Coordinate activities involving foreign compliance and foreign inputs into the US international tax compliance process. Prepare quarterly and annual US domestic ASC 740 tax provisions and foreign tax provisions under IFRS and other local GAAP. Analyze the financial reporting of tax implications arising from the Company's global operations and transactions. Monitor and analyze tax legislation to determine the impact from a tax compliance and tax accounting perspective. Compile intercompany agreement schedules and prepare all transfer pricing documentation used for compliance and planning purposes, as necessary. Participate in various special projects, research international technical tax matters, and prepare memoranda to document conclusions. Ensure that all filing deadlines are met in compliance with the Company's tax calendar. RequirementsA CPA is preferred but not required. Requires 2+ years of income tax experience, preferably in international tax. Must have basic knowledge of US federal income tax, preferably centered around international tax. Tax compliance experience required, ideally with a "national" accounting firm and/or with a large US multinational corporation. Basic understanding of FAS 109/ASC 740 is preferred. Knowledge of Thomson Reuters OneSource RS tax software, OneSource Provision software, OneSource Workflow Manager (Dataflow), Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, and/or other related financial software preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to learn. Minimum Bachelor's degree in an accounting, tax, or finance discipline (Master's degree of Taxation is preferred).
