Position Title: Customer Service AgentJob Duties:Follow up with recent customers to assess satisfaction and schedule callbacks with service managers if neededAnswer incoming calls for appointment scheduling and customer inquiriesProvide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenanceDocument calls appropriatelyAddress customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levelsRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredBilingual in Spanish preferredStrong communication skills, both written and oralProficient in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail1-2 years of relevant experienceAdditional Information:Pay Range: $18-$20/hr (depending on experience) + BONUS BONUS = reps make an extra $2-$3 per hour, paid monthly on an incentive basis ... around $400-$500 monthly (based on email capture rate, call volume, achievements, etc.)Hours: This opening with have rotating Saturdays Tues- Friday 9:30-6pm and Saturday 7:30am-4pm (off Sunday and Monday)Mon-Friday 9:30-6pm when not working on Saturday ( Saturday and Sunday)Training will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks Location: In-office, White Bear LakeAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
