Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, preventative maintenance and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.Train and mentor maintenance staff.Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.At least 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in maintenance management software.Commitment to safety and quality standards.
