Working collaboratively with a team of educators and therapists, you will create individualized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs, fostering growth and independence in a supportive, innovative environment.What You'll DoImplement Tailored Therapy PlansDevelop and carry out intervention plans that inspire progress, directly or in collaboration with other team members.Monitor and Document GrowthMaintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress, meeting both organizational and third-party payer requirements.Lead and MentorSupervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other support staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.Ensure Professional StandardsUphold the Physical Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.Maintain Therapy SpacesEnsure that treatment areas and equipment remain organized and functional to support effective interventions.Commit to GrowthEngage in professional development activities to stay at the forefront of pediatric physical therapy innovations and maintain licensure.What You BringMaster's Degree in Physical TherapyNew York State License, meeting all requirements mandated by the Federation of State Boards in Physical TherapyExperience or training in pediatric physical therapyA passion for empowering children through movement and fostering independenceWhy Join Us?At the Bronx Early Learning Center, we value your expertise and invest in your growth.
