This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate and alternative entity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, financing and complex lending transactions, cross-border transactions and private equity investments, as well as researching and analyzing transactional situations. This attorney will work on general corporate and alternative entity matters, including general contract review, corporate governance and rendering legal opinions.
