The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading change management initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies through effective process improvement strategies. This position requires someone with a proven track record in systems migration and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional stakeholders.Responsibilities:Help lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the Financial Operations department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and integration.Facilitate systems migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with IT and functional departments to gather requirements, define project scopes, and design process solutions.Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance performance.Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives to senior management.Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and specifications.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, with a focus on systems migration in a financial or operational environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.Proficient in using project management and process mapping tools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP systems or similar financial software.Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.Prior experience in a financial operations setting.What We Offer:Competitive salary package4 weeks of PTO to start (for a total of 27 days).Health, Dental, & Vision Benefits through Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield)6% match on 401KA collaborative and innovative work culture.
