With headquarters in Lugano and over 200 employees worldwide, PHILIPP PLEIN has a significant presence in major world markets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at PHILIPP PLEIN located in Topanga, CA. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, managing store operations, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies on a day-to-day basis. This is a selling position paying hourly plus 3% commission for all monthly sales and 4% for any sales sold after achieving monthly personal goal.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skillsStore Management and Retail Loss Prevention experienceStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in the fashion retail industry is a plusStrong Sales experience with ability to maximize own sales and assist team with their salesStrong client relations skills to ensure clients return to the Boutique or can sell via Long Distance Sales
