The Senior HR Manager will act as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance and organizational development. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives and support a positive and inclusive company culture.Senior HR Manager Responsibilities:Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and performance managementDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive employee engagementEnsure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulationsCollaborate with leadership to design and execute employee engagement and retention programsOversee the employee handbook, ensuring it is updated and compliant with current regulationsServe as a trusted advisor to managers, providing coaching and guidance on employee-related mattersAnalyze HR metrics to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performanceOversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitivenessChampion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiativesSenior HR Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleExperience in the CPG industry or a similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirableStrong knowledge of employment laws, compliance and HR best practicesProven success in talent acquisition, employee relations and organizational developmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsProficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Workday or Paylocity is a plus) If you are an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact, apply today!
