You will also be involved in providing end-user support, taking escalations from the helpdesk team, and ensuring the smooth running of their IT function.What will this role look like?? Create training materials and establish the curriculum.? Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.? Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.? Provide end-user support on technical issues, taking escalations from the helpdesk team.What do you need? MUST have previous experience working in a law firm.? Experience training end-users on MS Office, legal applications & Windows.? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer service to end-users.?
