An excellent Full time Hybrid position for a Software Engineer with our direct client in Fort worth, TXJob Title : Lead Software Engineer (UI, API, DBMS)Base pay- $98k to $145k Per Annum plus excellent benefits - The position comes with a 10% performance based annual bonus (prorated for FY 2025) plus a three-pronged approach to compensation; base, bonus, and a 15% ESOPSorry Client cannot sponsor at this time(No H1s or EADs ) - Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to applyHybrid work week. Works alongside the architect and consultant roles to define the vision and solutionsLeads team members in solution designs and work breakdownParticipates in all phases of the software development lifecyclePreparation and execution of test plans (unit, integration and functional)Leads effort to create and document deployment and release plansEstablishes and champions coding and design standards/best practicesCommunicate and work alongside members of their team in support of their day-to-day work itemsWorks with business partners to ensure alignment between the ask and the outputWorks across teams to drive technical and procedural improvementsPerforms peer reviews and sign-off for other team member's work to ensure adherence to defined development standardsKey player and leader in an Agile environment, participating in daily huddles, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.Continued education of business processes by engaging business partnersMentors junior team members in best practices and standardsServe as an escalation point for other team members on technical issuesWorks with architect and consultant roles to evaluate new technologies that will define parts of the development technology roadmapLeads Community of Practices or other internal training opportunities within the development groupLeads troubleshooting processes to determine root cause analysisResponsible for performing business and technical knowledge transfer with their peersContinued education to learn additional technologies, agile processes, programming languages, industry best practices and tools that are needed withinWhat skills/qualifications do you need?
