Job Specifications: Providing day to day functional and technical support to customers Responding to billing questions and escalations Answering customer inquires on social media Inbound/outbound chat, email, and calls to assist with account management Over 3 plus year of Technical/Customer support experience required AA Degree or Bachelors Degree required Experience working in the automotive/electrical vehicle experience highly preferred
