BPN has more than 20 attorneys recognized by their peers as Super LawyersIn this role, you will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.Responsibilities:Provide legal support to clientsIndependently manage a caseload of medical malpractice defense mattersConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsPrepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trialsMaintain client relationshipsPrepare legal reports and documentsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of Insurance Defense experience.Our commitment to developing legal talent sets us apart.
