In this role, you will act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, processing renewals, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.What You Will DoServe as the main point of contact for all service needs of your assigned book of business.Assess and evaluate renewal requests for compliance with underwriting guidelines, providing assistance when needed.Work with Account Associates to ensure tasks related to assigned accounts, including binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums are handled properly.Focus on client retention, working collaboratively with the Sales Consultant to ensure a high retention rate.Manage customer requests and correspondence related to assigned clients, covering desks for the team as needed.Stay informed about rates, forms, and coverage changes, and acquire knowledge of the company's submissions and proposals process for policies.What You Will BringBachelor's degree preferredProperty & Casualty insurance license required5+ years of Account Management ExperienceProficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related toolsWhat You Will ExperienceCompetitive compensation packageProfessional development track to support career growthGenerous time-off allowance, as well as major holidaysComprehensive benefit selection, including company 401(k) matchGym membership reimbursementSupport for work/life integration, with flexible work from home options available.Hotchkiss is an EOE and drug-free workplace.
