Associate Dress Designer

As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Associate Fashion Designer specializing in Dresses to join our creative force. We work collaboratively in office 5 days a week to create a new product line for every season.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design sportswear and dresses collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to lifeConduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offeringsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturersEnsure that designs meet quality standards and production feasibilityProvide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as neededWork closely with the Senior DesignersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related fieldMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in Fashion, with a focus on DressesProven ability to create innovative and commercially successful designsStrong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processesProficient in design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife InsuranceFlex Spending Account (FSA)Transit Checks401k (not matching)Please send JPEGS of your portfolio to be considered.We are an equal opportunity employer.
