The ideal candidate will have experience capturing target audiences through targeted campaigns with expertise in Meta advertising. This role requires strong communication and understanding of digital strategies with the ability to meet deadlines and review analytical data.Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement detailed social media ad plans, focusing mainly on Meta platformsOversee and enhance campaigns across various channels, working closely with the creative teamEvaluate campaign outcomes, offer insights based on data for creative improvements, and pinpoint enhancement opportunitiesPerform audience analysis and apply sophisticated targeting techniquesProduce reports, interpret data, and stay current on the latest industry developmentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline2-3+ years of demonstrated experience in social media advertising, with a focus on Meta platformsIn-depth knowledge of social media advertising best practices and platform algorithmsStrong skills in data analysis and interpretationExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant toolsSalary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experienceIf you are a results-driven professional with a passion for social media advertising and optimization, we would love to hear from you!
