Maintenance Specialist

Location: Bordentown, NJ, 08505Duration: 6-month contractSchedule: M - F, 40 - 50 hours per work week, Saturday and Sunday as requiredResponsibilities: All employees must comply with applicable PSM standards as well as EHS&S Responsibilities.Responsible for championing/leading SAP and IT for the Maintenance Department.Support the manufacturing site in maintenance, including generation of purchase orders, timely and accurate invoice payment, and maintaining proper inventory.Ownership and ensure consistency and accuracy of warehouse inventory, materials management, rental agreements and Contractor management supporting the facility.Responsible for Maintenance audits and working with accounting ensuring alignment to standards and best practices. Partner with Purchasing to set up new vendor for Maintenance work.Issue work permits when directed. Maintain Critical Spare Parts data including equipment, records, inventory list and purchasing information.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a similar capacityMust have at least an Associates Degree in a related field, but a Bachelor's is preferredMust have previous experience with SAP
