In our fast-growing environment, we seek a UX Designer to lead the vision, definition, and design of enterprise software and services across various devices.In our fast-paced, startup-like environment, we prioritize innovation, flexibility, agility, scalability, and a strong focus on customers. In this highly visible role, you will tackle some of the most challenging opportunities today. Responsibilities: Using business requirements and user and market research, help develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. Daily collaboration: work with marketing experts, engineers, product managers, program managers, and executives. Utilize methods such as wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and specifications to convey design thinking to leadership, engineering, and product partners throughout each product development phase. Being part of a customer-focused team, you will occasionally need to work overtime to accommodate customer schedules and collaborate with offshore engineering teams in Asia-friendly hours (post 5 PM Pacific Time).Significantly impact the business by driving the vision, definition, and design of various experiences. Innovate and deliver through the strategy, design, and development lifecycle to create customer-focused solutions at scale. Be integral in defining problems, aligning key customer experience outcomes, building workflows, developing and testing low-fidelity prototypes, and crafting delightful, highly-usable digital experiencesSuccess in this open and collaborative environment requires responsiveness, flexibility, and the ability to lead projects amidst ambiguity. You must be able to lead projects forward in complex and ambiguous situations.Key Qualities: Customer Obsession, Deliver Results, Dive Deep, Earn Trust, Think BigBasic Qualifications:3+ years of UX design experienceOnline portfolio availableProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similarPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with product managers and engineers to understand technical requirements and translate them into user experience requirementsExperience in end-to-end collaboration with product and developer partners, defining problems and customer experience outcomes, and evaluating prototypesFamiliarity with Material UI (React) component libraries and experience managing design systemsExperience in building, testing, and shipping digital productsAgile development methodology experience and iterating designs based on user/partner feedbackPrototyping user journeys using tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or similarSystems and mobile application design experienceStrong presentation, storytelling, and writing skillsExperience presenting design work to user experience teams, product and engineering teams, and executives for review and feedbackUnderstanding of engineering principles and how design translates into code
