The ideal candidate for this position has 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience. The firm offers the resources of a large national firm yet the culture of a boutique firm. This role provides lower annual billable hours which is well suited for anyone seeking work/life balance.Responsibilities:Settle and mediate insurance defense litigation cases.File motions and litigate cases in court.Ability to handle files from inception to trial.Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators with ability to work autonomously.Commitment to producing high-quality results; with strong attention to detail and research.Adept at negotiation and settlement skills.Required Qualifications:3-5 years of general insurance defense litigation experience.Excellent academic record.Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited program.Must be licensed in the State of Texas and in good standing.Compensation: $125K plus commensurate with experience.
