JOB SUMMARYResponsible in performing pre-funding reviews of executed mortgage loan closing documents and ensuring packages and loans are in accordance with Bank guidelines and policies and procedures; Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.DUTIESPrepare mortgage loan documents and closing disclosures;Ensure mortgage loan closing documents are complete and accurate;Ensure that all approval and appraisal conditions have been met and properly signed off, and ensures that proper fees are collected and funding figures are correct;Review signed loan documents and conditions prior to loan disbursement;Communicate with internal staff, mortgage brokers and escrow/title closing agents on funding status;Audit closed loan files and perform post-closing activities after loan closing including bank's log for compliance;Prepare accurate funding schedules to issue to clients;Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in mortgage funding, post closing, processing, or related experienceSKILLS/ABILITIESComputer literate including EnCompassEffective communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, VA and FHA guidelinesBilingual (English/Mandarin) preferredWHY WORK FOR US?Since opening our first branch in Los Angeles in 2008, Royal Business Bank (RBB) has grown rapidly by adding branches in Southern California, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and Hawaii.
