The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and promote a safe and efficient work environment while utilizing their expertise in welding and CNC processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of the sheet metal fabrication team.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.Train and mentor staff in welding techniques and CNC operations.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for fabrication activities.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve fabrication processes.QualificationsProven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery.Knowledge of quality control practices in fabrication.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Experience with forklift operation is a plus.BenefitsBilingual speaking is highly preferred for this positionUp to $75k + 401(k) with 4% employer match, in addition to: Monday through Friday Schedule Profit Sharing/Bonus program Company paid life insurance Employee assistance Program PTO & Sick Pay Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match Amazing company cultureEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
