Finance Manager

Selby Jennings is partnered with a top full-service interior design firm that handles luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and multi-family projects. The firm is looking to bring on a Finance Manager to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be leading the finance function in this comprehensive finance role. ResponsibilitiesSpearhead monthly invoicing processes alongside our creative designersEngage in revenue forecasting efforts integrated with both design and procurement teamsOversee expense management via direct use of QuickBooks and third-party bookkeeping services Cultivate robust banking relationships managing all transactional needs efficiently Deliver insightful financial analyses reporting directly to top-tier executives Actively participate in tax reporting collaborating closely with external accounting firmsQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in accounting. Strong general accounting skills including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow knowledge. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Proficient in using ERP systems (Quickbooks preferred), Google Suite, and Excel. Experience using Monograph and/or Fathom is highly desired.
