Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Our client, a growing boutique technology company, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a direct hire role in Suwanee, GA. This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday. Position Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key leadership role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable digital solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company's products. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a talented development team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the end-to-end development of innovative and scalable digital solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.• Design and implement efficient and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.• Provide architectural guidance, making informed decisions to enhance our technology stack.• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our development processes.• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on features, and ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and back-end technologies (C#). Must be proficient in C# and React. • Strong understanding of database systems, API development, and cloud platforms specifically Azure.• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a development team effectively.• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Base Salary up to $150,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
