This position is responsible for planning, researching, and analyzing various tax issues related to real estate investments. The Tax Senior Manager will maintain current knowledge of real estate tax laws, conduct in-depth tax analysis, and prepare detailed tax reports outlining findings.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare complex tax returns and review return documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax lawsAnalyze and identify tax saving strategies with respect to real estate transactionsConduct research on the latest tax developments and regulation changes to determine their effects on real estate transactionsMonitor changes in tax law and update business practices as neededCorrespond with tax authorities to answer inquiries and discuss tax issuesAdvise clients on the tax implications of their real estate investmentsPerform ad-hoc projects as requiredQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field7+ years of experience in a corporate tax or public accounting roleCPA certificationIn-depth knowledge of federal and state tax lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBenefitsPTOMedicalVisionDental401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
