The Director of eCommerce oversees all aspects of online operations and is responsible for leading a team to achieve online revenue targets. Manages all aspects of the eCommerce budget. Leverages applied expertise in digital marketing to drive site activity and conversion. Analyzes sales data to achieve KPI and sales goals. Ensures eCommerce marketing and operations align with the organization's overall strategic direction, while optimizing the overall customer experience.
