We specialize in Wills and Trusts, Probate and Estate settlements, and Tax Planning. We are looking for an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our team in our Palm Beach Gardens office. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience with being a Paralegal for the Probate and Trust Administration industry.What makes our legal team special is we believe in family needs first. Some perks about us - we have no billable hour requirement or overtime workCandidates with completed questionnaires will be reviewed first.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in preparing and filing probate pleadings and documentsManage and organize case files, including all court papers and related documentationConduct research on estate assets and liabilities, including real estate deeds and tax returnsPrepare and submit e-filing documents to the courtAssist in the administration of trusts and wills, ensuring compliance with legal requirementsDocket deadlines and manage calendars for probate-related tasksPerform heavy dictation and transcription of legal documentsCollaborate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions to gather necessary information and documentationPrepare and file IRS forms related to estate tax returnsMaintain accurate records of all case activities and communicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studiesMinimum of 3 years of experience as a probate paralegalStrong knowledge of probate law and proceduresProficiency in e-filing systems and document managementExperience with HotDocs (Plus) or other legal softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with trust administration and estate planningBenefits100% Paid Medical Benefits 20 days PTO401K with 4% match after 1 year employmentEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
