Accounts Payable functions such as obtaining invoice approvals, data entry for invoices, issuing vendor payments and other financial transactionsAccounts Receivable functions such as collecting and cashing customer checks, match payments to invoices, research discrepancies, collections and other duties as assigned.Reconciling bank statements with the general ledgerBalance sheet reconcilations.Preparing and posting journal entriesGenerating financial reports as neededAddress minor building issues/manage building vendor relationships and reorder office supplies as neededCollecting and verifying employee timekeeping dataCalculating employee wages, including overtime and commissionsProcessing payroll deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments)Issuing paychecks and direct depositsPreparing and filing payroll tax forms (W-2s, 1099s)Maintaining employee payroll recordsOther duties as assigned
