Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in receiving, VAS (Value added Service), and shipping. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, VAS, packing, and shipping.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales Operation and Returns, to ensure seamless operations.Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly.Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability.Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and improve accuracy.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement changes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance warehouse performance.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Training and Development: Train new and existing warehouse associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices.Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team skills and performance.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.Qualifications:2 to 5 years experience working with consumer electronics experience.
