Operations Specialist

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist at CH Jewelers / TimeVallee in Arcadia, CA. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that an organization's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring daily tasks are completed on a timely manner according to company expectations and procedure. The Operations Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the showroom and assist client advisors with aftersales services.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processesCollaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve issuesMonitor daily operations to ensure tasks are completed according to established procedures and standards.Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate salesOversee the movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to align with sales potentialFacilitate the implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparing products for displayProvide the sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support the sales process and enhance sales performanceStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsRequired QualificationsEffective Communication skillsCustomer Satisfaction managementStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's or Associate's degree or above requiredMust have authorization to work in the United StatesDesired QualificationsNative or working proficiency in an additional language other than EnglishPrior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitalityPrior experience in luxury retail marketingKnowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services The offered pay rate will be based on the candidate's relevant skills and experience Although we are actively hiring, please not that the start date for this position is early to mid March 2025
