As an Associate in our Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, you will engage in sophisticated and challenging tax work for clients in Ohio and across the nation. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
