Our team serves both private and public entities, providing thorough, timely investigations that meet the highest professional standards.About the Role: As an investigator with our firm, you will plan and lead workplace and campus investigations with both autonomy and collaborative support, developing your own investigative strategy while having access to our team's expertise when needed. The role involves conducting thorough witness interviews, analyzing complex evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports that clearly present findings and conclusions. While you will independently manage your investigations, you will also work in an environment that values collaboration and peer review, fostering excellence in our work product through the strength of our collective experience.Required Qualifications:Active member of the California Bar in good standing3+ years of experience conducting workplace investigationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellence in legal writing and analysisStrong interviewing skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex factual scenariosAbility to maintain strict confidentialityWorking knowledge of California and federal employment laws and regulationsAbout the Position & Benefits: Our 1,450 annual billable hour requirement was thoughtfully designed to allow our attorneys to deliver exceptional work while maintaining time for life beyond the office.
