Information Security Senior Project Manager

We seek an Information Security Project Manager to lead the implementation of PasskeysSecurity Keys, and Windows Hello. This role ensures seamless execution, from technical setup and deployment to stakeholder alignment and adoption. Your expertise will enhance security and drive adoption of advanced authentication tools.Key ResponsibilitiesManage risks, timelines, and project plans using SmartSheets (Similar to MS Project) and related tools.Coordinate stakeholders, including the Security Manager, and application teams to align decisions and timelines.Develop and maintain training and communication material to support end users.Plan and manage phased rollouts, minimizing disruptions and aligning with business needs.Maintain weekly project dashboard, communicating KPIs and Management-attention itemsFacilitate post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance processes.Required QualificationsProven experience managing security implementations in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of security processes and Authentication Standards, such as FIDO2.Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Business System Analyst Experience: Ability to document Business Requirements, use cases, test cases, conduct testing and track / mitigate issues.LogisticsHybrid work schedule requiring three days per week in the office
