Legal HR Coordinator

They value integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal HR Coordinator to join their team!Legal HR Coordinator Responsibilities:Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminationsProcesses required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductionsPerforms customer service functions by answering employee requests and questionsCompletes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 filesSubmits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checksConducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective actionAssists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting processSchedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HRLegal HR Coordinator Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experiencePrevious experience out of the legal industry2+ years related experience requiredSHRM-CP credential preferred If you meet the above requirements, please apply today!
