Our client, a 1.0bn Hedge Fund, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to support the team and ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized and a team player. A "˜can-do' attitude is a must!Job DetailsCOMPANY: 1.0bn Hedge FundPOSTION: Administrative AssistantLOCATION: Midtown Manhattan, NY - 4 days a week in the office (WFH Friday)HOURS: 9:00 am-5:00 pm with flexibility for OTCOMPENSATION: 115k-130k DOE + eligibility for discretionary bonus and benefits3 weeks vacation, 20 days a year can WFHBachelor's Degree RequiredResponsibilities Executive Assistant to the Founder & COOArrange travel, conference attendanceProvide calendar managementPrepare and submit corporate credit cards and personal expense reimbursementsBusiness Development & Marketing support to COOManage and update allocator databaseRun CRM reports, assist with Allocator prioritizationPrepare and update marketing collateral pieces and reporting of returns to service providers and allocatorsUpdate and coordinate on compliance and finance-Prepare PowerPoint Presentations for the clients, Administrative Officer with responsibility to:Schedule meetings and provide calendar management, including domestic and international travel arrangementsCoordinate and assist in managing relationships with outside vendors and building managementManage the office, including ordering and maintaining supplies, new hire on-boarding, coordinate with the building's management team and front deskOversee reception activities; meet and greet guests in a professional manner, ensure office is ready to receive all guests (cleanliness, water and coffee availability), provide phone coverage,Assist the CCO with the management of technology and cyber service providersPlan events/engagements, which may include offsite planningQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredPrefer 2 to 3 years of experience and has worked in Finance and Marketing (preferably at a hedge fund)Advanced CRM experience, preferably with BackstopAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Able to work independently and in small teamsAttention to detail, with accurate work product produced in timely mannerGoal driven professional.Able to research resources, troubleshoot, solve problems and seek guidance in prioritizing workCalm and poised, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environmentAmbitious and looking to advance career.Must be willing to submit to a background check
