Executive Assistant Job DescriptionAbout the RoleI am an entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of businesses, including a merchant processing company, coffee shops, and nonprofit organizations. I am seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support me directly across all aspects of my work. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The role spans multiple industries and ventures, requiring exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule ManagementOversee and coordinate my daily calendar, including business meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including email and phone correspondence.Administrative SupportManage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations for various business and nonprofit initiatives.Project CoordinationTrack and manage key deadlines and deliverables across multiple businesses and ensure tasks are completed on time.Expense and Budget ManagementPrepare expense reports and assist in managing budgets for specific ventures as needed.ConfidentialityHandle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.Cross-Business CollaborationLiaise with team members from different businesses and nonprofits to ensure smooth operations and communication.QualificationsPrevious experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with other productivity or project management tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if you have equivalent experience.Why This Role?This role is an opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneur managing a variety of exciting businesses and nonprofits.
