This opportunity provides a variety of work within the Intellectual Property practice. If you have prior patent experience within in a law firm setting, please apply today! Responsibilities: Handle international and domestic filings and communication with the USPTOManage the docket, PCT filings, patent annuitiesTrack payments and renewals, obtain certifications Prepare reports and inform clients on status of their caseConduct legal research and stay current on any policies and procedures regarding patent lawRegularly correspond with clients and foreign counselQualifications: Paralegal Certificate is preferredBA Degree is preferredPrior experience in a law firm supporting IP AttorneysPrior experience with U.S. and Foreign patent mattersPrior experience with PATTSY, Microsoft Office Suite, Innovation, LexisNexis is preferredExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and team playerExcellent Compensation PackageEqual Opportunity Employer Pay DOE
