Process Maintenance Technician

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Perform elastomer and diaphragm valve changeovers, with training provided by the manufacturer (Gemuo).Conduct pump rebuilds.Maintain, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on autoclaves, parts washers, chromatography skids, columns, and isolators.If experienced with CMMS, set up minimum and maximum parts lists and input PMs.Shift Details:Initially, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (no weekends).Opportunity for overtime as operations ramp up.Potential shift change to 10-hour days with a rotating 4-day workweek in the future í  would not be until 2026 time frame if that does change On-Call Requirements:Possibility of being on call after 60-90 days.Must-Have Qualifications:Experience in an industrial setting, preferably a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of pumps, water systems, centrifuge columns, SIP, BMS systems (Wonderware, Delta V), CIP, WFI.Proficiency with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).Ability to read P&IDs and identify components such as valves and pumps.Capability to mark blueprints and document changeouts with initials and dates.Experience maintaining and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on autoclaves, parts washers, chromatography skids, columns, and isolators. (can be a blend of this experience, doesn't require all of what's listed)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in GMP/life sciences.Prior confined space training/certification. (training/certification class will be provided if not already completed).Arc Flash - 70 training (training will be provided if not already completed).
