We partner with top hospitals across the U.S., including Cedars-Sinai and UCLA in Los Angeles, Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, to provide a proprietary mental health care platform for their physicians, nurses, and staff.We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Clinical Recruiter to help drive growth in our provider population. You must have experience recruiting in Healthcare to include Mental Health Professionals, Physicians, AP/NP.In this role, you will work functionally across the Marvin team to conduct initial interviews, refer qualified candidates to the clinical team for interview and facilitate contracting workflows.We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the Clinical Team to source, interview and hire qualified candidates in mental healthOwn and independently oversee execution of our recruiting goalsCollaborate closely with the Marvin partnerships team to implement and execute recruiting strategies across all 50 statesCommunicate recommendations and results with the Recruiting AdministratorKeep up-to-date on the latest trends in clinical recruitingMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field6-8+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting (Hard RequirementExperience in a healthcare startup is a bonusExperience in sourcing, interviewing and contractingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong planning and project management skillsExperience tackling ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
