Vice President of Human ResourcesLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who has a proven track record in driving HR strategies, managing all HR functions, and partnering with executive leadership to create a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall company goals.Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and compliance.Collaborate with the executive team to shape and drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.Develop and implement policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.Oversee the design and execution of succession planning and talent management programs to ensure organizational readiness for future growth.Utilize HR analytics and data to measure effectiveness, optimize programs, and drive continuous improvement.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including employee relations, organizational design, and leadership development.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.Qualifications:10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies at an executive level.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and data analytics.Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $200,000+ based on experienceHours: Monday through FridayTo learn more about this position, please submit your current resume for immediate consideration.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
