Recruiting SourcerWe are looking for a motivated and capable Sourcer to join Conexus' Finance & Accounting Recruiting practice. Your responsibilities as a Sourcer will include identifying, contacting, and engaging with ideal passive candidates for our open Finance and Accounting search projects, reaching out to these candidates, and presenting them with details on our active searches. You must also be able to confidently determine the validity of a potential candidate and if that candidate is a potentially suitable fit for our search projects.Typical duties and responsibilitiesFollow up on leads to determine and source the best potential job candidatesIdentify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networksServe as the initial point of contact for incoming candidatesPost job openings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and educate candidates about our firm and about the positions we are recruiting forMaintain consultative relationships with candidatesMake recommendations to Conexus' Recruiting Managers and DirectorsHelp develop talent pipelines and related databasesEducation and experienceThis position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.Required skills and qualificationsExperience working in recruitment, ideally with experience recruiting finance and accounting candidatesStrong relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical and communications skillsExpertise in adaptability, accountability, and confidentialityMUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN OFFICE MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS WEEKLY IN ONE OF OUR LA BASED OFFICES (LOCATED IN GLENDALE AND PLAYA VISTA)Preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree1+ years of recruiting experienceExperience in both traditional talent sourcing techniques including basic knowledge with Boolean searching
